Sagrada Familia ticket prices

The basic official ticket costs 26 euros in 2026, and the guided and tower versions go up to 40 euros. Children under 11 go in free, and every option you can book here adds something: a guide, a tower, a better hour or another Gaudí site.

Sagrada Familia prices look simple until you compare them. The basilica sells four individual tickets with fixed reductions; GetYourGuide sells timed entries, guided visits, tower tours and combos in US dollars, with free cancellation and slots that are often still open when the official calendar is full.

This guide lays out both, with what each ticket actually gets you inside. Official prices are the basilica's 2026 individual rates in euros, from its price list, and can change. GetYourGuide prices are from-prices per person in US dollars and move with the date and the season.

The quick answer

The official 2026 basic ticket is €26, with a guided tour €30, with a tower €36 and with both €40. Seniors, under 30s and students pay less, and under 11s and people with disabilities go in free. On GetYourGuide, the entry ticket with audio guide starts at $38, the guided visits at $61 and the tower tour at $122. Mass is free, but it is worship, not a visit.

How much is the ticket to enter the Sagrada Familia?

€26 for the basic official ticket in 2026. With the official guided tour it is €30, with a tower €36, and with both €40.

These are the individual rates on the basilica's price list, for bookings of up to 9 people; 10 or more count as a group and need an official guide accredited by the Government of Catalonia. Reductions need proof at the entrance, so carry your student card or ID.

What does the basic Sagrada Familia ticket include?

The basilica and the museum for as long as you like, the official audio guide app and the "What you don't see" augmented-reality experience. Towers and the crypt are not included.

The official audio guide runs in 19 languages, in a standard version of about 45 minutes and an express version of about 25 minutes, plus sign-language guides in Catalan, Spanish and International Sign. You listen on your own phone, so bring headphones; from 9am to 10am, the daily quiet hour, they are required. The audio guide is not available for children under 11.

The museum sits under the basilica and holds Gaudí's plaster models and drawings. Allow about 1 hour 30 minutes for the basilica and the museum. The entry ticket with audio guide on GetYourGuide includes the same audio app and a timed slot, from $38, and lets you add a Nativity or Passion tower when you book.

Who gets into the Sagrada Familia for free?

Children under 11 and people with disabilities, on every official ticket. A companion of a disabled visitor goes free on the basic ticket and pays a small amount for the guided and tower versions.

Free does not mean ticketless: children from 3 and disabled visitors still need a ticket for the time slot, booked at the same time as the rest of the group (the official towers page says children under 3 need no ticket). The entry ticket listing on GetYourGuide also states that entrance is free for people with reduced mobility. Visitors with reduced mobility use entrance B on Carrer de la Marina, where wheelchairs can be requested.

The official towers page also lists 50% off for large and single-parent families and for Barcelona city residents, requested at least 48 hours in advance, and a reduced rate for unemployed visitors at set hours on Wednesdays with an official certificate. These come with paperwork, so they suit residents more than visitors.

Are there free days at the Sagrada Familia?

No. The basilica publishes no free days for visitors. Mass is free to attend, but it is a service of worship with limited capacity, not a sightseeing visit.

The international Mass is held every Sunday and holy day of obligation at 9am, and there is an international evening Mass every Saturday at 8pm; times can change for special events. The basilica's worship page says there is no charge for attending Mass but capacity is limited, and you enter by the Nativity facade on Carrer de la Marina.

Go if you want to take part in the service. You will not be walking around the nave, taking photos or seeing the museum. For a visit, you need a ticket.

What do the GetYourGuide Sagrada Familia tickets cost, and what do they add?

From $38 for the timed entry with audio guide up to $223 for a private visit with an architect. Every step up adds a guide, a tower, a better hour or another Gaudí site.

All of these include your entry to the basilica, and all have free cancellation. The honest column is the third one: what you get beyond walking in.

Is a guided Sagrada Familia ticket worth the extra?

For most first visits, yes. The facades are carved stories, and a guide reads them for you outside before you go in; the audio app covers the interior well.

The official guided tour costs €30 and lasts about 50 minutes inside a visit of about 1 hour 30 minutes. The entry ticket and guided tour on GetYourGuide, from $66, runs about 1 hour 30 minutes with an official guide and takes in both facades, the nave, the Schools building and the museum. It often has room when the official guided slots are gone, and you can cancel free up to 24 hours before.

Guests keep coming back to the same point. "Everything was very well explained. He taught us the meaning of every corner of the Sagrada Familia" (Rocio, Oct 2026). If the budget is tight, the priority access tour is the lowest-priced guided option here, from $61. Our guided tour or audio guide guide compares every format.

How much does it cost to go up a Sagrada Familia tower?

€36 on the official tower ticket in 2026, €40 with the official guide. The GetYourGuide tower tour, with a guide and the Passion tower, starts at $122.

The tower is a lift up and a walk down, with one tower per ticket, chosen when you book. The official towers page says there is no refund of the ticket price if the towers are closed, which happens in strong wind or rain. The guided tour with tower access handles this differently: the tour runs anyway and you get €10 back per person.

The cheapest tower on this site is the add-on on the entry ticket with audio guide: pick the Nativity or Passion option when you book. Our towers guide helps you choose between them.

Where can you find cheap Sagrada Familia tickets?

The lowest prices are the official reductions and the basic entry. On GetYourGuide, the entry ticket from $38 and the priority guided tour from $61 are the cheapest ways in.

The basilica does not publish discount codes, and the reductions are fixed by age, status and proof. The cheapest planning trick is to pick the ticket you actually want the first time, because changing an official ticket is rarely possible. If you are also visiting Park Güell, the Park Güell and Sagrada Familia tour covers both entries, a guide and the ride between them, from $122. For the park alone, the Park Güell guided tour starts at $28, and it does not include the basilica.
